Refund policy

How long is the return period? 

30 days, in which your item can be returned for 100% of the item price. We only have one requirement: all pieces included with the item must be returned and all parts (where possible) must be in proper resalable condition. Questions? Contact support@autofocuser.com.

How can I return my stuff? 

Return shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Customers located in other locales will have to provide and pay for their own return shipping. Economy shipping is recommended. Advance returns, where the customer purchases a new unit while the defective unit is shipped back to us, is available by request.

What about the warranty? 

All items are tested prior to shipment and carry a 1 year warranty beginning on the date of delivery. Our warranty guarantees items against dead on arrival (DOA), faulty cables, wiring, or connectors. Further, 3D Printed items are guaranteed against warping/sagging during the warranty period. Fault casing will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

Will your items support my car?

Vehicle compatibility is not guaranteed, so always check the application guide before purchasing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
